a weekly basis, your electronic shipping invoice is sent via
email to our attention. If you do not receive an
electronic invoice from your carrier, manifest data can be exported
from your shipping system and emailed. We will
provide detailed instructions for exporting manifest data
from your shipping system.

We
will audit 100% of
your express,
ground and international packages to make sure they were delivered, and delivered on time.
3.
As
we identify late deliveries, we
will submit the service refunds to the carrier – Your
savings show on your next shipping invoice as Guaranteed Service Refunds.
4.
Our
only fees
are a percentage of the Service Refunds that appear on your
weekly carrier invoice. Fees
are based on weekly volume and average package cost.
Parcel
Recovery Service provides added value reports detailing:
service failure by carrier, service failure by service type,
packages without proof of delivery, packages manifested but
not shipped, residential deliveries and packages shipped via
express when ground time in transit is equal or better.
